What is marketing and why do I need it? Marketing has numerous definitions.  The Chartered Institute of Marketing defines marketing as: “a management process to identify and satisfy customer need, profitably”. American marketing guru Jay Abraham says marketing is: about selling and re-selling the benefits of your customers or clients on doing business with you.   The purpose of any business is to get and keep a customer. In simple terms, marketing helps you get and keep a customer.  The more customers you get and keep, the more successful your business will be.

Marketing is, therefore, fundamental for any business, regardless of its size or sector.

Do I have to be a large company to use your services?
No. We work with a wide range of companies from one-person businesses to those turning over several million pounds.
What services do you offer?
We offer marketing and public relations advice and support, plus web design and graphic design services. In simple terms, we can help you to promote your business and advise on issues such as: advertising where you should advertise and where you shouldn’t; public relations how to take advantage of free publicity and build your brand; direct marketing how to communicate with your customers effectively; and web marketing how to develop a website that builds your sales. We can write copy for your website, press releases, press and radio advertisements, flyers, posters, brochures, and speeches.  Are you looking for a website or to refresh your existing website?  We can develop or refresh an existing website to meet your business’ needs and ensure it is ranked high in the major search engines.
Why should I use your services?
We work hard to promote your business to help you win new customers, look after your existing customers better, and make your business more profitable. We work hard to add value to your business. You do not need to spend a small fortune in order to make a difference.

PR stands for Public Relations.

The Chartered Institute of Public Relations says: Public relations is about reputation – the result of what you do, what you say and what others say about you.

It adds: Public Relations is the discipline which looks after reputation, with the aim of earning understanding and support and influencing opinion and behaviour.

It is the planned and sustained effort to establish and maintain goodwill and mutual understanding between an organisation and its publics.

Our PR packages involve devising a PR campaign (both offline and online) to improve the media profile of your business, your products or services, or a senior member of your business or organisation.

This can help you to promote your business or improve understanding of, and goodwill towards, your business.

A PR campaign can also help you protect your corporate or personal reputation or limit damage to that reputation.

This may involve writing press releases, features or articles, or selling-in opportunities for your organisation to take part in radio or television programmes or appearing online in news websites, blogs, podcasts, forums, and articles.

Public Relations has shown over the years to be a much more cost-effective form of marketing compared to either advertising or direct marketing.

Public Relations can also bring better returns on investment than advertising or direct marketing in terms of media coverage and sales leads.

Media coverage is viewed as much more credible than paid-for advertising.

More importantly, Public Relations can drive valuable traffic to your website.

Social media is now becoming an integral part of PR.

What benefits can my company expect from your services? We will help you to promote your business better. We will help you to win more customers and help you to look after your existing customers better. You will not have to spend a small fortune in order to make a difference to your business.
Will you work for one-off projects?

I have no time for marketing. How can you help?
